[Guide]Wings/Capes Creation

* Level 1 Wings Combination *
1. Go to Noria and talk to Chaos Goblin located east of Vault. Choose the Regular combination.
2. Place these following items in the empty slots :
- Chaos Weapon (Chaos Nature Bow,Chaos Dragon Axe, Chaos Lighting Staff)
- An Item + 4 + Add 4
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
2a. To increase the success rate you may add another item + 4 + Add 4.
3. Press Combine and hope for the best!
Success: You get a random 1st stage wing!
Fail: You lose all your items!


* Level 2 Wings Combination *
1. Go to Noria and talk to Chaos Goblin located east of Vault. Choose the Regular combination.
2. Place these following items in the empty slots :
- 1st Stage Wing
- Loch's Feather (Blue Feather as some call it, Obtainable in Icarus)
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
2a. To increase the success rate you may add an Excellent item + 4 + Add 4.
Recommended: Exc Item + 2 Exc Options + Skill
3. Press Combine!
Success: You get a random 2nd stage wing!
Fail: You lose all your items!


* Level 3 Wings Combination *

Step 1
1. Go to Noria and talk to Chaos Goblin located east of Vault. Choose the Regular combination.
2. Place these following items in the empty slots :
- 2nd Stage Wing + 9 + Add 16
- Any Ancient Item + 7 + Add 16
- 10 Stacked Jewel of Soul
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
- 1 Jewel of Creation
2a. Add more ancient items with the same options above to increase success rate.
3. Press Combine!
Maximum Success Rate: 70%
Success: You get a Feather of Condor!
Fail: 2nd Stage Wing Looses Item Level & Options
Ancient Item Looses Level & Options
All Jewels will be gone!

Step 2
Note: Mantle of Monarch is Included!
1. Go to Noria and talk to Chaos Goblin located east of Vault. Choose the Regular combination.
2. Place these following items in the empty slots :
- Feather of Condor
- Stone/Flame of Condor (Drops in Barracks)
- Any Excellent Item + 9 + Add 16
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
- 10 Stacked Jewel of Soul
- 10 Stacked Jewel of Bless
- 1 Jewel of Creation
2a. You may add another excellent item to increase the success rate!
Maximum Success Rate: 40%
Success: You get a random 3rd stage wing!
Fail: Excellent Item Looses Item Level & Options
Bother Condors will be lost!
Jewels will be lost!


* Cape of Lord * (Exclusive for Dark Lord)
1. Go to Noria and talk to Chaos Goblin located east of Vault. Choose the Regular combination.
2. Place these following items in the empty slots :
- 2nd Stage Wing
- Crest of Monarch (Drops pretty much anywhere, very easy to find)
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
2a. To increase the success rate you may add an Excellent item + 4 + Add 4.
Recommended: Exc Item + 2 Exc Options + Skill
Success: You get a Cape of Lord (Same as 2nd Stage Wing)
Fail: All items will be lost
